Administration of PRP
PRP may be administered by multiple modes. The possible modes may be:
- Interfollicular PRP injection: Retrogradely from deeper to superficial planes, in a dose of 0.05 to 0.1 mL/cm2
- Mesotherapy: Microneedle roller is used for scalp punctures using fine 1 mm needles, followed by interfollicular PRP injections
- PRP is sprayed topically on the scalp and left overnight.
