Urticaria

It is a recurrent pruritic , pink or pale swelling of the superficial dermis that may have initial flare around them . Lesion may vary from few to numerous . These lesions come and go rapidly within 24 hours  sometimes swelling appeared around the mouth or eyes.

Causes : 

 Idiopathic (50%)

 Upper respiratory tract (40%)

  Drugs (9%)

  Food ( 1%)

URTICARIA due to Temperature changes :

Heat contact Urticaria  

Cold contact Urticaria  

Urticaria due to Sweating :

Exercise induced
